Baremetal Embedded Walkthrough
A set of bare-metal demos for the MSP430 written in Code Composer Studio, covering buttons, LEDs, timers, UART, I2C, and LCD output. Each one targets a specific peripheral or protocol with no OS or abstraction layer in between.

Designed and built a custom PCB using Fusion 360, centered around the MSP430G2553. The project covered the full process: schematic design from the datasheet, PCB layout and ordering, prototyping on a dev board, and writing the embedded software to drive it. The board integrates sensors and an LCD screen.


IEEE Knightro's Gambit
Helped revive a legacy IEEE robotic chessboard project by debugging a Raspberry Pi and ESP32 setup with a bunch of sensors and motors. Spent most of the time tracing signals, testing connections, and figuring out how the boards talked to each other.

Built an autonomous boat on a $100 budget, wiring together sensors, motors, and the power system. We competed against 50+ teams and placed in the top 12. Learned a lot about taking initiative and planning out projects.
